Busy Busy Thanksgiving Weekend

Well, we had the not so typical Thanksgiving but it was just as fun. Chris and I chilled around the house Thanksgiving day... ate frozen pizza for lunch and then had Julie, Michael, Megan and Steve over for dinner. No turkey. I felt like there wasn't enough of us to eat one, so I had ham instead. It was good!

Black Friday, I spent hiding out at the house. I had crowds, so shopping was not an option for me. Then Friday after work, Chris and I took off to Troy, AL to visit with the gang down there for the weekend. What a blast! It's been forever since we've been down there.

Polly, Grayson, and Elizabeth playing. I can't believe how much hair he has! What a cutie!

Playing Wii! And yes, I played this time! I usually sit back and watch everyone else do it, but it was too fun! I bowled better than I do in real life! Pretty sweet!

Chris's turn.
Back at Polly's. We had too much fun playing with her kitten Marley. I think she'd give Wakeem a run for his money with her jumping.

The Flying Marley Cat
Sunday we had Trent and Jake's big 3rd Birthday party at the Bayler House. Talk about racking up! ; ) They looked like they had a great time too!

Tackle Time on Caitlin.

Trent's Birthday Cake

Jake's birthday cake

They were playing Cars during the party, so here we have Trent, Jake, and little Sophia racing around the room. She's yelling Hurry! Hurry! Hurry too! hehehee!

Look at that big grin!

Jake... total concentration here.

Trent.... I'm not sure if I'd call this concentration as much as him acting like the movie. hehehee!

Pin the Tail on the Donkey... their first time ever doing it.

Trent taking his spin first.

Then Jake... what a silly thing!

Sophia's turn, although she wasn't too happy with the whole thing and kind of stomped off with the donkey tail stuck to her fingers. hehehee!!!

Cake Time!!!!! We sing to Trent first because he's one minute older than Jake.... then we sing to Jake.

Sophia REALLY loves cake and got to sneak a taste of the icing before we cut the cake. hehehe!

Pinata Time!
